About the position
Rankability SEO Agency and Digital Marketing Company is a digital marketing agency that specializes in organic and paid search marketing for ecommerce brands.
As an Account Manager at Rankability you will be the lead point of contact for our SEO and PPC clients whose accounts you manage. Your key responsibilities will be to maintain positive client relationships through excellent project management and communication.

Job responsibilities
- Fully manage your account performance by guaranteeing seamless client communication, project management, and campaign execution.
- Act as the primary contact for client support and issue resolution daily.
- Communicate project deadlines, deliverables, and essential details to clients clearly.
- Assign and manage tasks, deadlines, and outcomes with your team.
- Utilize internal resources to keep client projects on schedule.
- Organize and conduct client meetings, including project initiations, progress updates, and reviews.
- Guide clients on project schedules and performance indicators.
Your profile
You’re a motivated, innovative, and detail-oriented individual passionate about building enduring client relationships. With a talent for organization and planning, you possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities. You have a proven history of effectively managing digital marketing projects and meeting specific goals.
Required experience
- Previous experience in account management, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the project management cycle, including planning, timeline management, reporting, team coordination, and deliverable presentation.
- A proactive mindset, focusing on meticulous attention to detail and the flexibility to adjust strategies as necessary for project success.
- Skill in predicting client requirements and swiftly addressing any concerns or alterations.
- The capacity to excel in a compact, remote team setting, managing several projects in a dynamic environment.
- Effective, clear, and assertive communication skills.
